Time slots will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your child’s spot, please email me as soon as possible with your preferred session and time slot.  Then, please sign up through Tutorbird, the platform I use for scheduling and invoicing.

Once registered on Tutorbird, you will receive an invoice, and a $100 non-refundable deposit (applied toward summer package) will be due within 48 hours to finalize your reservation. Registration is not finalized until the deposit is received. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the reserved spot will be forfeited and offered to the next interested family.

Payment Deadlines:

• Option 1: Full payment due by June 1st

• Option 2: Full payment due by July 1st

• 1st Grade Kickstart: Full payment due by August 1st or 5 days before first session.

Late Payments: A $10 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date. A reminder email will be sent, and if payment is not received within 48 hours, the reserved spot may be offered to the next family on the waitlist.
