About Me

I've always loved teaching and I knew that was the path I wanted to take in life. I received my undergraduate degrees from Oregon State University (Go Beavers!) and earned my Masters degree from Western Oregon University. I taught in elementary classrooms for almost ten years before transitioning to become a reading specialist. Though I have taught various grades, third graders will always have my heart.

 

My husband, daughter, and I lo We also have a fluffy black cat named Sid. Our family keeps busy spending time with friends and family, working on house projects, and exploring around our area. I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, baking, and going on walks.
