Tutoring Services
Students will work through the 140 activities of the EBLI Remediation program while building foundational reading, writing, handwriting, and spelling skills on Zoom. These sessions are recommended for students second grade and above to have the most impact. If you have a student younger than 2nd grade, please contact me and we can discuss if online intervention would be a good fit for your child.
Students will work through the 140 activities of the EBLI Remediation program while building foundational reading, writing, handwriting, and spelling skills. These sessions are recommended for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Parents are required to sit in on the first 4 sessions.
What To Expect

Reading History and Assessments
A pre-meeting phone call will allow us to discuss your child's past reading history, strengths, and challenges. During our first session I will assess your child using various quick assessments in reading, writing, handwriting, and spelling. This will help me create a full picture of where your child is and how I can help them.

Instructional Sessions
Each session we will complete 2-5 activities that will help students build the foundational skills necessary to progress in reading and writing. After each session, a short written summary will be emailed to you detailing what we worked on as well as suggestions on how you can help your child at home.

Progress Monitoring
At certain check points I will conduct various assessments to monitor your child to see how they are progressing. The results will be communicated to you through your preferred method (email, Zoom, or phone call). When the teacher or parent decides to discontinue intervention, a full assessment will be conducted and post intervention results will be given.

Tuition is a flat monthly rate that holds your child’s reserved time slot. While some months may include more or fewer sessions, the rate remains consistent throughout the school year. December is the only exception and will be prorated due to holiday closures.
